NOTE: When trying to set up an IBL with our animation, I initially tried to connect it only to the marble before I realised it creates a globe that lights the scene. Now I know why, when I figured out it was a globe and added the texture, why it didn’t appear in the renders- I had forgotten to press the emit light button. At least now I know for the future, by the time I learnt this, I had already went back and changed the lighting in the scene and broken the light link between the light in the head model and the background to remove the strange reflection I was getting- which was one of the main reasons we were looking at Image Based lighting in the first place.
