I’m currently trying to compile a list of short film competitions that I will enter my film into. The issue is that with such a wealth of festivals, taking account of all of them is just not feasible so I’ve started with a list of the festivals that were mentioned in my books and will add on from there.
My current plans of competitions to enter, are the free ones since I don’t have a job right now, paying to enter competitions is not really suitable for me. Below is my current list of festivals to enter and I intend to add to this when I feel like it.
I found that quite a lot of the film festivals on the British Film Institute were either out of operation or not yet open for this year. That being said their little table was very handy for finding a lot of links.
